they can still bowl with you in our Scary Bowl Adventure. Bring
‘em along.
We've had over a decade of Boxer Bowls, and then 2008's Slumber
Bowl, 2009's Leather & Lace Bowl, and then 2010 Scary
Bowl. 2011 will return to the original, plain and simple Boxer
Bowl.
Portland is proud to set the standard with our now famous Saturday
night event.
This event has been
a sell out for many years. Don’t be turned away. Make your

PATHETIC PERFORMANCE
INSURANCE PROTECTION
Portland’s
original Pathetic Performance Insurance Protection provides that some
lucky bowlers will receive a refund of their entry fee if they fail to
place in the cash column. For an additional $1.00 on your entry fee,
you are entered in the program. We will draw as many rebates as paid
premium fees allow. (Refunds are reimbursed only up to what the bowler
has actually paid. No refunds on free entries.)
RECOMMENDED HOTELS
Attendees at Rose Bowl Classic tend to have a variety of taste of where
they want to stay. With many of our bars having now spread out
across the city, and with no "gay" center of Portland, we have left the
recommended hotels open. We would be glad to give advice based on
whether you want to stay near the bowling alley, or towards downtown
(more expensive). In a nutshell, it is often best to check
Hotels.com for the best rates in Portland near the Bowling Alley of 4031
NE Halsey.
PORTLAND’S VIRGIN PROGRAM
Portland has another original program meant to reward first timers at
our Rose Bowl Classic. By indicating on the entry form that this is your
first time, you are entered in a bonus category to win cash prizes for
high scores and series in both the men’s and women’s categories.
