Our 2008, 25th Anniversary results are final. We
apologize for any inconvenience or error during our initial
calculations. Our software had difficulties in the Vista
operating system. We are working on correcting that for next year.
Additionally, Comcast had problems for three days during the week of
Rose Bowl 25, disrupting our operating systems.
SPECIAL NOTE ON PAYOUTS:
7/16/08 - This is a first for our Rose Bowl Classic. We have
just discovered that Bank of America had some system glitches with their
online Bill Pay System. Not only were checks that were prepared
within 30 days of the tournament, on 6/30, not dated until 7/9, but some
checks never made it to their destination. Additionally, all
Canadian checks were returned and will have to be issued manually.
We apologize for this inconvenience. We spent two hours with Bank
of America, and they still don't have an answer as to what happened.
If after reviewing these results, you feel you should have received a
check, and did not, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the
situation.
